Not included: stain treatment (from £45) and furniture moving (£30 a room), which the assistant adds if you need them. Every job is at least £75 before any travel charge. Sofas and armchairs here are ordinary fabric: viscose or real velvet is 50% more, and leather is quoted by Mark, so tell the assistant. For a room over 30 m², a rug, a whole house (priced as one job, for less than room by room), several properties or a business, ask the assistant instead. If you have cleaned the carpet yourself or with a hired machine, tell the assistant, as it can change the work needed.
