The same published prices as every customer: £75 for a first room up to 15m², £95 for a medium room and £115 for a large room or lounge. Hallways, landings and stairs are on the price list too.

How We Work With You
One property or a run of them
Every price comes from the same list our other customers see, and Mark arranges the access and the invoicing with you.
Keys collected and returned
We can collect the keys from your agency before the clean and return them afterwards, so nobody has to meet us at an empty property.
Invoiced to the agency
We can invoice the agency after the job, so the landlord or tenant does not pay on the day. Mark agrees the invoicing details with you before the first job.
Several properties
If you manage a number of properties, Mark will quote for the work across them.
There is no travel charge within about 10 miles of our Gloucester base, which takes in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Tewkesbury. Further out a travel charge of £5, £10 or £15 applies, set by your postcode area, and it is always shown in your quote before you book. The full list is on our prices page.
Between Tenancies
Dry before the next viewing
We clean with a Texatherm low-moisture system. Texatherm states 30-minute dry times for its system, far quicker than the several hours a standard wet extraction clean can need, which matters when a property is between tenants.

- Our re-clean promise. If you are not happy with your clean, let us know within 72 hours of the end of your appointment through our assistant, with a photo of the problem, and we will arrange a single return visit at no charge. This does not cover pre-existing permanent staining that was present before the clean.
- Across Gloucestershire. Every GL postcode, the same area we cover for every carpet clean.
Get a lettings quote
Tell our assistant the property's postcode and the rooms, and it will give you the price. For key collection, invoicing to the agency or several properties, it passes your details to Mark, who arranges them with you.
